At the Rescue Mission Thrift Store, we carry a large selection of new and gently used products: clothing, shoes, furniture, housewares, books, toys, electronics, miscellaneous accessories and more for the entire family. Our products are unique from day-to-day, so there is no telling when you will find that secret treasure. But with our daily discounts on select items, we are sure that you will find something to satisfy your taste and meet your needs every time you visit, so visit often.
Donations of new and gently used items are always welcome at the Eureka Rescue Mission Thrift Store.
Some items we no-longer accept as of May 2020
- Visibly worn clothing. Clothing must be in new or gently worn condition.
- Toys and stuffed animals
- Cassettes and 8 track tapes
- Items that require assembly by our employees
- Car Parts
- Tents
- Greeting Cards
- Tire Chains
- Playpens, cribs, strollers and car seats
- Ceiling fans
- Entertainment centers
- Mattresses, box springs and bed pillows
- Hide-a-beds
For information on what can be donated or to arrange for a "pick-up" of your donated items please call (707) 443-2523. You will receive a Gift-In-Kind (non-cash) Asset Contribution Receipt for your donated items. Contributions of goods are deductable for Income Tax purposes as allowed by law. (Valuation of Gifts-In-Kind is the privilege and responsibility of the donor.)

Proceeds from the Thrift Store are used to assist the Women & Children's Shelter, the Men's Shelter and to provide improved and more complete programs to meet the needs of the "whole person".
